On Sept 14, 2020, Mr Leo Liao and Mr Xin Guan officially join Creative Biosciences as Chief Operating Officer and Vice President of Public Health respectively.

Mr. Guan graduated from Information Countermeasure Technology Department at University of Electronic Science and Technology of China in 2006. He has worked at different levels in BGI, IBM, Lenovo, HP and other companies, which has earned him abundant experience in management. He has evolved to be a cross-border talent in “Health + Internet” business from IT and internet sectors, gaining expertise in internet and platform way of thinking, and he has involved with molecular and cellular products related to health.  

Mr. Guan once served as the general manager of the major health sector of a large stock-listed group company (with an investment of more than 600 million RMB in health, real estate, leisure travel and education), under which there are five subsidiaries and nine business divisions. He is surely equipped with in-depth perspective and knowledge in the management of a multi-format company. Mr. Guan is joining Creative Biosciences as the Vice President of Public Health responsible for strategic planning and marketing of all product lines in public health sector. Mr. Guan expresses, “I am so excited to be part of Creative Biosciences. Mr Liao graduated as a B.E. from Department of Electrical Engineering at National United University of Miaoli, Taiwan in 1993 and obtained his E.M.B.A.at Tamkang University of Taipei, Taiwan in 2012. From 1997 to 2015, he worked for BioMérieux Asia for almost 20 years serving as the Marketing Director of the Asia-Pacific region who was in charge of sales of a variety of immune products including biochemical reagents, coagulation products, microbiological tests, and molecular diagnostics. Subsequently, he worked for InTec Products Inc, a world leader in the field of diagnostics of infectious diseases, as a general manager of sales, marketing, operations, research, and manufacturing responsible for raw materials(antigens/antibodies), reagents for ELISA and RDT, clinical and biochemical diagnostic products, and blood tests. Mr. Liao joins Creative Biosciences as a COO who will take charge of sales, production, quality control and daily operation. Mr. Liao says, “I am very delighted to join Creative Biosciences.
