HelixPOC Automated
Microfluidic qPCR System
The HelixPOC Automated Microfluidic gPCR System combines microfluidics with real-time PCR technology. A reagent-preloaded microfluidic cartridge, controlled by an analyzer, allows the entire nucleic acid detection process to be fully automated in an enclosed system. This includes sample preprocessing, DNA extraction, PCR amplification, fluorescence measurement, and data analysis. Such a fully automated and enclosed point-of-care (POCT) system enables molecular testing anywhere, in a sample-in, result-out manner.
